1. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

1.1 The user acknowledges that all the elements of the shop and of each one of the products, information and materials contained in them, brands, structure, selection, classification and presentation of its contents, and the computer programmes used in this regard are protected by intellectual and industrial property of Trias-shop. or of third parties, and that the general conditions afford the user no industrial and intellectual property rights other than those specifically provided for in them.

1.2 Unless it is authorized by Trias-shop or, as the case may be, by the third parties holding the corresponding rights, or unless legally permitted, the user may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, perform reverse engineering, distribute, rent, supply or provide access to the public via any mode of public communication, any of the elements referred to in the previous paragraph. The user must use the materials, elements and information they access through the use of the shop for their own needs only, undertaking not to use, directly or indirectly the materials, elements and information obtained through them for commercial purposes.

1.3 The user must refrain from dodging or tampering with any technical devices established by Trias-Shop or by third parties in the shop.

 
2. DATA PROTECTION

2.1 In compliance with Law 7/2021 May 26, you are informed that your personal data and other information provided on the registration form, as well as an data from transactions made, will be included and stored in a file for treatment, which is the property of Trias-shop as long as cancellation is not requested. The data treatment will be used for the development and implementation of sales, personalized attention in the products and services you purchase and for the improvement of this attention, as well as to promote the products and services and of third parties linked to Trias-shop.

2.2 The user accepts that all their personal data will be fully transferred to Aplazame from the moment the user has started contracting the deferred payment service offered by the latter at the moment of choosing the payment method. This acceptance extends to third parties that have to access the files for the successful completion of the contract.

2.3 The user may exercise right to access, change, examine or cancel these data at any time, by contacting, Trias-shop, Plaça de la Creu nº22 08700 Igualada, Barcelona (España) or by means of e-mail to info@joieriatrias.com with a copy of you ID or a document of identification with the same validity.

2.4 The responses marked with * on the registration form are obligatory. Failure to complete them will render it impossible to purchase the products "selected".

 
3. PASSWORDS

3.1 Trias-shop will facilitate the use of personal passwords to registered users on the website. These passwords will be used to access the services rendered on the website. The user will be responsible for keeping their passwords strictly and absolutely confidential, and will therefore be liable for any damages or consequences of any kind through the breaking or disclosure of the secret. For security reasons, the password for electronic access to the services linked to the website may be modified by the user at all times. The user undertakes to notify Trias-shop immediately of any unauthorized use of their password, as well as of any access by unauthorized third parties.

 
4. COOKIES

4.1 Trias-shop uses cookies to improve its services, facilitate browsing, maintain security, check user identity, facilitate access to personal preferences and monitor use of the shop by users. Cookies are files installed on the hard of the computer or else in the browser's memory in the folder preconfigured by the computer's operating system to user to identify it.

5. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any issues that arise on the interpretation, performance, validity or discharge of this contract will be subject to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts of law of the city of Igualada (Barcelona), with the user wavering their right to any other jurisdiction, applicable legislation permitting.
