In the event that the product you have ordered arrive in damaged or defective because of transportation conditions, it will be exchanged for the same product in perfect condition without any additional charge. You must communicate us the incidence 24 hours after your receipt the product.

To change the purchased product, you must print the form of change. In it you must specify the new product that you want and and attach it to your return package. Once we receive it we will contact you.

** Trias Shop only takes over the costs of their own shipping.

RETURNS

The user has the right to replacement or return for which he may contact Trias Shop via email info@trias-shop.com and waive the purchase within a period not exceeding fifteen working days from receipt of product.

In case of return Trias Shop is committed to refund the amount paid by the user (not including shipping costs) upon receipt of the items in our store for review. Merchandise must be unused and in their original packing and seals. Once verified, we will proceed to refund the amount (not including shipping costs) in the same mode in which the purchase was made. The deadline for payment is set out in the Act.

The user will have no right of return if the product is not returned in their original packaging and seal and when the product is not in perfect condition. In this case the product will be returned to the customer and will charge the costs of new shipment.

Remember: All taxed and / or adjusted to fit piece does not change.

Atention!:  All items are  delivered by TRIAS label . If you want to return the piece the label must be in perfect condition without being manipulated.
